Ok so since I don't want my car to sound like a train, I guess I will just leave the stock subframe bushings on the car as is, since they are not leaking or anything. However, when I pull the diff off and put in the spare with leader gears I will need to replace those bushings. I currently have aluminum ones here that I purchased a while back. Will the combination of aluminum differential bushings along with stock subframe bushings be a normal but slightly louder than stock ride...quieter than aluminum subframe biushings? I guess what I'm trying to ask is which bushings will make the rear end louder when changing to aluminum the most?---The subframe bushings or the differential bushings? Thanks! For what it's worth, I heard the 240s have solid mounted diffs, so maybe those are the ones that don't make a huge difference.
